RSVP by 14 May 2027After last year's party (the less said about the proximity of Anna's drone and the catering tent, the better), we're going bigger for 2027: a proper country estate south of Munich, a longer band set, and — by popular demand, and we do mean *popular* — the return of the relay race.
The whole afternoon and evening is paid for by the company, including food, drinks and the shuttle. All we need from you is an RSVP so the caterers stop emailing Tanja in ALL CAPS.

Arrivals, welcome drinks on the terrace, lawn games and the childcare corner opens. Relay race at 17:00 (team lists on the schedule page).
Dinner buffet from 18:30, CEO's famously brief speech at 19:15, then the band takes over. Two words: brass. section.
Karaoke room opens at 21:00 for the brave, fire pits and lounge tents for everyone else. Last shuttle at 23:15.
A restored country estate near Aying, about 30 minutes south of Munich. Walled garden, big lawn, old orchard, and a barn that converts into the dance floor after dark.

Yes. There's a supervised childcare corner from 15:00 to 20:00 with two professionals from Kunterbunt München, plus a quiet family tent for the smaller ones who need a nap mid-party. Under-16s should head home with the 20:00 shuttle.
The marquee seats everyone for dinner, and the barn holds the band, bar and karaoke. Only the relay race gets moved or cancelled — the lawn can take a bit of water but not 200 people sprinting on it.
All of the above, clearly labelled, plus halal and kosher on request. Flag dietary needs in your RSVP form and the caterers (Genusswerk) will take care of it.
We love dogs, and last year's party had three golden retrievers and one deeply smug dachshund. Dogs on a leash are welcome in the garden area, just not in the barn or around the buffet.
Friday, 14 May 2027. We need final headcounts for catering and shuttle sizes. Late RSVPs are possible but you might be eating whatever's left, and that's on you.
